Routing only the negative ones to WhatsApp for approval is the smart part. Small businesses here in Mexico live on WhatsApp, and nobody is going to open a dashboard to approve a reply. Does it handle Spanish reviews in the same brand voice, or is it English first?
That’s exactly the idea! 4 and 5 stars reviews are automatically replied to in order to improve local search rankings, and for other reviews, business verification is required (though you can still let the system reply on its own once you’re confident enough 🙂). The idea is to complete the onboarding process once on the platform, and then everything happens through WhatsApp or Telegram?
